All Services

Speech pathology. Occupational therapy. Counselling. Assessments. Disability support. Home care.

Six services, one organisation, and clinicians who talk to each other about your case. You can start with the service you already know you need, or start with a conversation and let us work it out with you.

Most people we work with use more than one service. When that happens you get one plan between the clinicians, not one plan each.

Speech pathology

Communication in all the forms it takes: speech sounds, understanding and using language, literacy, social communication, stuttering and swallowing. Assessment and therapy, with practical strategies for home and the classroom.

Often helps with

  • Late talking, speech delay and unclear speech

  • Understanding and using language

  • Stuttering and fluency

  • Reading, spelling and literacy support

  • Social communication

  • Swallowing, mealtimes and communication after a stroke

Occupational therapy

The everyday skills that make a day work, and the environments around them. Motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, handwriting, organisation and the practical side of living independently.

Often helps with

  • Fine and gross motor skills, handwriting

  • Sensory processing and emotional regulation

  • Self-care and daily routines

  • Participating at school or work

  • Executive functioning and organisation

  • Independent living, home safety and equipment

Mental health and counselling

Counselling for the hard parts, whether or not a diagnosis is attached to them. Individual sessions, family support and parent coaching, with a trauma-informed approach where that is what is needed.

Often helps with

  • Anxiety, worry and stress

  • Low mood and self-esteem

  • Anger and emotional regulation

  • School anxiety and school refusal

  • Grief, loss and big life changes

  • Family support and parent coaching

Assessments

A clear picture instead of a guess. Comprehensive assessment that identifies strengths as well as challenges, with reports written so a school, a GP or an NDIS planner can act on them rather than file them.

Often helps with

  • Understanding why something is harder than it should be

  • Confirming or ruling out a diagnosis

  • Adjustments at school or work

  • Evidence for funding applications

  • Deciding what support to try next

Disability support

Practical, day-to-day support that builds independence rather than replacing it. Support workers who work to the goals already in a plan, and who are briefed by the same team doing the therapy.

Often helps with

  • Daily living and routines

  • Personal care

  • Community participation and social support

  • Independent living skills

  • Travel training and transport

  • Short-term support and respite

Home care support

Help at home so people can stay in it safely and comfortably. Everyday assistance from support workers, with allied health that comes to the house when that is easier than coming to us.

Often helps with

  • Personal care

  • Domestic assistance and meal preparation

  • Shopping, transport and appointments

  • Companionship and social support

  • Respite for carers

  • Home safety and support after a hospital stay

Questions About Our Services

Can't see your question?

Our team is happy to talk it through before you book anything.

Can we use more than one service at the same time?

Yes, and plenty of people do. When that happens the clinicians involved work from one shared plan and, with your consent, talk to each other about your case rather than running parallel programs you have to reconcile yourself. It also means we can stagger services when doing everything at once would be too much.

How do I know which service I need?

You do not have to. Describe what is happening and we will match it to a service, or tell you that what you are describing does not need one yet. If a different provider is the better fit, we will say so and point you to them. You can also start from who we support if you would rather browse by age group.

Is there a waitlist?

It varies by service and by clinician, and it changes through the year. We will give you a realistic wait for the service you need when we speak rather than an optimistic one, and we will tell you if another of our services could start sooner and would be useful in the meantime.

Do we come to you, or can you come to us?

Both, depending on the service. Home care happens at home by definition, and several therapy and disability supports can be delivered at home, at school or in the community. Some assessments need a clinic setting to be done properly. Tell us your suburb and we will say what is possible near you.

Start With A Conversation

You do not need to have picked a service, and you do not need a referral or a diagnosis to make the first call.

Compassionate

We care deeply about the people we support, and it shows in how we work.

Experienced

Qualified clinicians who supervise each other and keep learning.

Here for you

Support that stays with you as your needs change, not just at the start.

We honour the diverse communities such as the LGBTQ of which we are a part and we celebrate the extraordinary diversity of people that each represent.

We acknowledge the traditional owners of the lands. We pay respect to Elders, past and present and acknowledge the ongoing connection that Aboriginal people have to this land and recognise Aboriginal people as the original custodians of this land.

Aboriginal peoples of the Kulin Nations are the Traditional Custodians of the lands now named City of Greater Dandenong. Those who live, work and contribute to the municipality walk in the footsteps of the Bunurong/Boon Wurrung and Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung Peoples, and are enriched by Australia’s First Peoples experiences, cultures, histories and knowledge.
