Tell us about your concerns, goals and what you're hoping to achieve.
Supporting children, young people, adults and older Australians through compassionate, coordinated and evidence-informed care.
Whether you're looking for answers, early intervention, ongoing therapy, disability support or home care, our multidisciplinary team works together to provide personalised services that grow with you through every stage of life.

Your clinicians share notes and write one plan between them.
Plans start from what you can already do and what you want next.
Current research, and we say so when the evidence is thin.
From early childhood through to older adults, in one organisation.

Life doesn't always follow the path we expect. You may be concerned about your child's development, searching for answers after receiving a diagnosis, looking for support to build independence, or helping an ageing parent remain safe and comfortable at home.
Whatever brings you to ANDI, you don't need to navigate the journey alone.
Our role is to listen first, understand your unique circumstances, and guide you towards the support that best meets your needs. By bringing assessment, therapy, counselling and practical support together under one organisation, we make accessing care simpler, more connected and centred around you.
At ANDI, we believe the best outcomes come from understanding the whole person rather than focusing on a
single challenge. Our multidisciplinary team provides integrated services across allied health, assessments, counselling, disability support and home care, ensuring every recommendation contributes to a coordinated and personalised plan.
Speech sounds, language, literacy and swallowing, at any age.
Everyday skills and the spaces around them, from fine motor to equipment.
Anxiety, low mood, grief, relationships and life after a diagnosis.
Autism, ADHD, cognitive and IQ, with reports you can actually use.
Personal care, community access and the goals already in your plan.
Personal care, domestic help, transport and therapy that comes to you.

Speech, play, motor skills and the routines that make kinder and childcare easier.

Communication, learning, sensory processing and the practical skills school asks for.

Counselling, emotional support, and the transitions that come thick and fast.

Life skills, confidence, and preparing for work, study or moving out.

Assessment, therapy, counselling and disability support, built around goals you set.

Home care, therapy and practical help, so staying put stays realistic.
Every person's story is different. We take the time to understand your concerns, goals and circumstances before recommending the services that best meet your needs.
Our professionals work collaboratively to ensure therapy, assessments, counselling and support services complement one another, creating a seamless experience for individuals and families.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach. Every support plan is tailored to the individual's strengths, challenges, goals and aspirations.
Our team applies current research, clinical knowledge and best-practice approaches to deliver meaningful, person-centred care.
Needs change over time. Whether you're seeking early intervention, school support, greater independence or home care later in life, we're here to support you through every stage.

Tell us about your concerns, goals and what you're hoping to achieve.
We take the time to understand your situation and recommend the services that best support your individual.
Together, we develop a coordinated plan tailored to your strengths, goals and circumstances.
As your needs evolve, your support evolves too. Our team continues working alongside you to promote meaningful progress and long-term success.

Accessing support shouldn't be confusing.
Depending on the service provided and your individual circumstances, funding may be available through a range of pathways, including:
National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
Private clients
Medicare (where applicable)
Private health insurance (where applicable)
Home Care Packages (where applicable)
If you're unsure which funding option applies to you, our team is happy to guide you through the process.
Call or send an enquiry and we will take it from there. Most of our services do not need a referral before you get in touch.
That's fine. Tell us what support is being sought and who else is already involved, and we will follow up with the person or their family directly.
The referral form asks for the person's details, what you are referring for, and anything already tried. We acknowledge every referral and come back to you on availability, including a realistic wait where there is one.
Our team is happy to talk it through before you book anything.
No. You can contact us directly and we will talk through what you are after. Some funding pathways, Medicare among them, do require a GP referral, and we will tell you if that applies to you.
That depends on your plan and how it is managed. We work with self-managed, plan-managed and agency-managed participants. NDIS is one of several funding pathways we work with, and not every service we offer is NDIS funded, so it is worth checking with us first.
Both. We work with children, teenagers, adults and older Australians, and several of our clinicians work across age groups. Adults use our assessment, counselling and disability support services as often as families with young children do.
It depends on the type. Most involve an intake conversation, one or more sessions with the person being assessed, information from people who know them well such as a parent or teacher, and then a written report. We give you a timeframe for your specific assessment before you book.
For some services, yes. Home care is delivered at home by definition, and several therapy and disability supports can be provided at home, at school or in the community. Ask us what is possible in your area.
Mostly listening. We ask what has brought you in, what you have already tried, and what you would like to be different. By the end you should have a clear idea of what we would suggest, what it involves and what it costs.
Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your child or a loved one, we're here to listen, understand and help you move forward with confidence.
From assessment and therapy to counselling, disability support and home care, our team is committed to providing personalised care that empowers individuals and strengthens families.
We care deeply about the people we support, and it shows in how we work.
Qualified clinicians who supervise each other and keep learning.
Support that stays with you as your needs change, not just at the start.

We honour the diverse communities such as the LGBTQ of which we are a part and we celebrate the extraordinary diversity of people that each represent.

We acknowledge the traditional owners of the lands. We pay respect to Elders, past and present and acknowledge the ongoing connection that Aboriginal people have to this land and recognise Aboriginal people as the original custodians of this land.

Aboriginal peoples of the Kulin Nations are the Traditional Custodians of the lands now named City of Greater Dandenong. Those who live, work and contribute to the municipality walk in the footsteps of the Bunurong/Boon Wurrung and Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung Peoples, and are enriched by Australia’s First Peoples experiences, cultures, histories and knowledge.
