Behind every referral is a person, a family with its own hopes and worries, and a story that deserves to be heard properly before anyone starts recommending things. That is where we start, and it shapes everything that follows.
Our vision
Our vision is to create a community where children, adults and older Australians can access high-quality, coordinated support that empowers them to participate fully in everyday life.
We aspire to become one of Australia's most trusted multidisciplinary providers by delivering compassionate, evidence-informed services that place individuals and families at the centre of everything we do.

Our mission
Our mission is to provide integrated assessment, therapy, counselling, disability support and home care that helps individuals achieve meaningful outcomes and live fulfilling lives.
We are committed to:
Delivering personalised, evidence-informed services.
Working collaboratively across disciplines.
Supporting families through every stage of their journey.
Promoting independence, participation and wellbeing.
Building lasting relationships founded on trust, respect and compassion
Six of them, and each one is meant to be recognisable in an appointment rather than only on a wall.
We approach every individual with kindness, empathy and genuine respect, recognising that every person's
journey is different.
We are committed to honesty, professionalism and ethical practice in everything we do.
We continually strive to provide high-quality services informed by current evidence, ongoing learning and reflective
practice.
We believe better outcomes are achieved when professionals, families and individuals work together towards
shared goals.
We celebrate diversity, value every person's experiences and provide culturally responsive, inclusive services.
Our role is not simply to provide support. It is to build confidence, independence and opportunities that enable
people to reach their full potential.

Many individuals benefit from more than one type of support. A child receiving speech pathology may also require
occupational therapy.
A teenager undergoing an ADHD assessment may benefit from counselling and school-based strategies. An older adult accessing home care may also require therapy to maintain independence.
Rather than working in isolation, our team collaborates across disciplines to develop coordinated support plans that reflect each individual's goals and circumstances.
This integrated approach improves communication between professionals, reduces duplication and creates a more seamless experience for the people we support.
Why ANDI was started, what we set out to fix, and how the organisation has grown since.
How an assessment, a therapy block or a support plan actually runs, from first call to review.
The six values above, with what each one commits us to and what it rules out.
The clinicians, counsellors and support practitioners you would be working with, and their qualifications.
Current openings for clinicians and support workers across Melbourne, and how we hire.
What it is like to work here: supervision, caseloads, professional development and the way teams are set up.
That the clinicians you see work for the same organisation and talk to each other. A speech pathologist, an occupational therapist and a counsellor working with the same family share one plan and, with your consent, compare notes, rather than each running a separate program you have to reconcile yourself.
Both. ANDI was built for the whole lifespan: early childhood, school age, teenagers, young adults, adults and older Australians. Assessment, counselling, disability support and home care are as much a part of what we do as early intervention. You can see the full range on who we support.
No. You can contact us directly and we will talk through what you are after. Some funding pathways, Medicare among them, do need a GP referral, and we will tell you if that applies to your situation rather than leaving you to find out later.
It depends on the service. NDIS, Medicare, private payment, private health and Home Care Packages each apply to some parts of what we do and not to others, so we are careful not to imply otherwise. Fees and funding sets out which applies where.
Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your child or a loved one, we're here to listen, understand and help you move forward with confidence.
From assessment and therapy to counselling, disability support and home care, our team is committed to providing personalised care that empowers individuals and strengthens families.
We care deeply about the people we support, and it shows in how we work.
Qualified clinicians who supervise each other and keep learning.
Support that stays with you as your needs change, not just at the start.

We honour the diverse communities such as the LGBTQ of which we are a part and we celebrate the extraordinary diversity of people that each represent.

We acknowledge the traditional owners of the lands. We pay respect to Elders, past and present and acknowledge the ongoing connection that Aboriginal people have to this land and recognise Aboriginal people as the original custodians of this land.

Aboriginal peoples of the Kulin Nations are the Traditional Custodians of the lands now named City of Greater Dandenong. Those who live, work and contribute to the municipality walk in the footsteps of the Bunurong/Boon Wurrung and Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung Peoples, and are enriched by Australia’s First Peoples experiences, cultures, histories and knowledge.
